Im currently partnering on a fantastic leadership opportunity for an experienced data professional looking to make a real impact.

• Fully remote
• Lead and grow a team of 3 engineers
• Own the long-term data platform roadmap and technology strategy
• Work with Snowflake, dbt, AWS & Azure
• Play a key role in shaping AI-driven initiatives across the business
• Salary: £150,000 + 15% bonus

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to build and scale a centralised data platform that is already delivering value across multiple business units.

Youll work closely with senior stakeholders across the US and global engineering teams while driving architecture, agile best practices, and the future direction of the companys data capabilities. Ideal for someone operating at Head of Data, Director of Data Engineering, or Data Leadership level with strong Snowflake and dbt expertise, experience scaling teams, and a passion for building high-performing data organisations.
