🚀 We're Hiring: Head of Change Delivery (Permanent & Interim Opportunities)

At Vida Bank, we're continuing to invest in our change capability and are looking for an experienced Head of Change Delivery to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a significant portfolio of strategic, regulatory, operational and technology change initiatives, helping to shape the future of a growing, technology-enabled lender.

We're also open to discussing interim-to-permanent transitions for candidates who are interested in starting on an interim basis with the potential to move into a permanent role.

You'll be responsible for: 🔹 Leading our project management team 🔹 Driving delivery across a complex change portfolio 🔹 Enhancing our change methodology and capability 🔹 Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes 🔹 Ensuring change is delivered effectively, efficiently and sustainably

We're keen to hear from experienced change leaders with a strong track record of delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programmes, ideally within financial services.
