📍 Location: Cyprus, Limassol (office)

💼 Responsibilities • line management (pre-match / live), odds setup and adjustment • bet monitoring, risk and limit control • analysis of player behavior, identification of suspicious activity • development and management of bonus mechanics (free bets, odds boosts, etc.) • interaction with providers (including Altenar) • participation in the launch and support of marketing campaigns for key events • 🎯 Requirements • experience in betting / sportsbook • understanding of the mechanics of odds and line formation • experience with bonuses and promo campaigns • analytical thinking, ability to make data-driven decisions • understanding of anti-fraud / anti-abuse practices • English language from B2 level • 💰 Conditions • competitive salary • 5/2 schedule, flexible start of the working day (08:00–10:00) • 24 days of paid leave • corporate English and Greek courses • gym and SPA in the office • corporate catering
