🔥 Project Manager (Middle / Middle+) | iGaming / Casino Company: iGaming / Online Casino

We are looking for a strong Project Manager for a growing online casino product targeting Tier 2 / Tier 3 markets.

💰 Salary: $1,800–3,000

What you will do: • Coordinate the work of Product, Development, Design, Analytics, CRM, Marketing, and other teams • Manage projects and initiatives from task definition to launch • Synchronize teams on goals, priorities, deadlines, and areas of responsibility • Manage deadlines and dependencies between several parallel projects • Monitor statuses, identify blockers, and promptly highlight risks • Organize regular syncs and working communications • Ensure tasks and agreements are not lost between teams • Maintain up-to-date project documentation • Help improve internal processes as the product grows • Coordinate the launch of new initiatives and entry into new GEOs

Requirements: • 2–3+ years of experience as a Project Manager • Mandatory experience in iGaming, preferably in the casino niche • Experience in managing cross-functional projects and coordinating multiple teams • Understanding of development processes and specifics of digital / IT products • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and control dependencies • Strong organizational and communication skills • Ability to clearly document tasks, deadlines, ownership, and expected results • Independence and a high level of responsibility • Ability to identify risks and blockers in advance • Experience with ClickUp will be a big plus • Understanding of Agile / Scrum / Kanban and ability to adapt processes to the team
