☑️ Responsibilities
- Provide stable and high-quality technical support to platform users
- Troubleshoot complex technical incidents (L2-L3), identify root causes, and deliver solutions
- Analyze logs, integration behavior, and data exchange between systems
- Collaborate with development teams to expedite problem resolution and product improvement
- Enhance support processes and elevate customer service levels
- Prepare technical documentation and instructions for users and internal teams
☑️ Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of commercial experience in backend development with PHP (Laravel)
- At least 2 years of relevant commercial experience in backend development of FinTech solutions
- Experience in supporting developed functionality at L2-L3 technical support level
- Experience in developing and supporting products with a large number of integrations and external services
- Understanding of data exchange principles between information systems
- Experience in log analysis and writing SQL queries
- Experience working with Jira / Confluence or similar systems
- Solid knowledge of PHP (Laravel), MySQL/PostgreSQL, Git, Docker, Redis
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript (React)
