We are looking for a specialist for the mobile application and web personal account testing team of an insurance company. The project is being developed from scratch, with minimal legacy, a modern stack, and the opportunity to influence QA processes.
Requirements
- QA experience of 2+ years
- Commercial experience in manual and automated testing — we are looking for a candidate specifically with automation skills
- Experience testing Web, Mobile, and API
- Mandatory knowledge of Java for developing and maintaining autotests
- Postman, Charles
- Understanding of HTTP, REST, and client-server architecture
- SQL at the level of simple queries
- Jira and bug tracking systems
- Understanding of CI/CD, experience with GitLab, Bitbucket, Docker, or similar
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and basic test design techniques
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum
- Independence and ability to work in a team
Experience in insurance or banking will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manual and automated (from scratch) testing of Web and Mobile
- Development and maintenance of autotests
- Creation and updating of the test model
- Testing of API and integrations
- Regression testing and bug retesting
- Localization and documentation of defects in Jira
- Analysis of test results
- Interaction with developers and adjacent teams
