Senior C++ Developer (Network Infrastructure / L2/L3) 🌐⚙️
Location: RF, RB, Kazakhstan, Armenia. Rate: up to 335k net Term: 12 months + extension. Project: Development of high-performance Ethernet switches for data centers (hardware-level traffic processing, network virtualization).
Responsibilities: — Develop network daemons and services (TCP/IP stack). — Implement RFC and IEEE standards. — Write software for managing the Linux kernel network subsystem and the switching chip.
Requirements (Must have): — C++ development experience from 5 years (C++20 standard). — Deep knowledge of protocols: BGP, OSPF (IGP), LACP, VXLAN, STP, VRRP, etc. — Excellent Linux: Unix-like system development, kernel work. — Experience with traffic generators: IXIA, Spirent, Cisco TRex. — Experience with network emulators: GNS3, EVE-NG, Cisco Packet Tracer. — Diagnostic tools: tcpdump, Wireshark, iperf.
