We are a young HFT fund. We have already managed to build infrastructure, create dashboards, set up alerts, reduce latency — and become profitable, and not just on backtests.

We trade with our own capital on tier-1 crypto exchanges.

We recently looked for quants. We found quants, but the tasks didn't end for some reason. So we are back again — now also looking for a strong C++ engineer.

Now we are looking for people in two areas:

🚗Quant Researcher🚗

We are looking for someone who wants to independently research the market, find trading ideas and bring them to production.

What to do: ✔️ research market data and microstructure, look for alphas / heuristics ✔️ build signals and pricing models ✔️ formulate and test trading hypotheses, turn working ideas into HFT strategies ✔️ validate ideas on our backtest and in production

Looking for: ⏺ 2+ years of experience in crypto HFT / market making ⏺ experience in independent development and launch of trading strategies or ML/DL signals in production

Conditions: ⏺ $4–8k base + up to 25% profit share from improvements/own strategies

⭐️Middle/Senior C++ Engineer | Backtest Infrastructure⭐️

We have a custom-written backtest in C++. We want to take it to the next level in terms of scale, speed, and convenience for quants.

What to do: ✔️ scale the backtest across multiple servers ✔️ increase throughput and speed up data processing ✔️ profile and optimize performance ✔️ add new data streams and tools for research ✔️ design user-friendly components and pipelines for research together with quants

Looking for: ⏺ strong C++ and experience with high-performance / distributed systems ⏺ experience in trading / quant dev — a big plus, but not required

Conditions: ⏺ $6–10k base + performance bonus up to 200% of annual salary

For both roles Claude Code / Codex / and other agents as a familiar part of the workflow

A strong algorithmic / mathematical or olympiad background is a plus and a cultural fit.
