The Product
ShippyPro is a shipping and fulfillment platform that helps merchants automate the entire shipping workflow, from choosing the best carrier service to generating labels and tracking deliveries. It connects with e-commerce platforms and hundreds of couriers, giving teams one place to ship faster, reduce manual work, and keep full control over costs and delivery performance.
The Challenge
We're not looking for someone who closes tickets.
We're looking for someone who owns systems.
Our backend – built on PHP Laravel, NodeJS, and Python, while the frontend in React and TypeScript – is evolving into a microservices and microfrontend architecture with serverless and stateful services, handling hundreds of millions of global requests. We're also integrating AI capabilities across the platform, automating complex workflows and building intelligent solutions that transform how merchants handle shipping.
You're more than a developer – you're a true engineer. You're hands-on, but you're not just operational: you design, evaluate, and build solutions that scale. Your job is to bring structure to complexity, and ship things that last.
