ChatPlace is a SaaS platform for bloggers, experts, and entrepreneurs who promote and sell their products through content.
Users create AI agents, chatbots, gamification, and other tools that help attract, engage, and convert audiences into sales.
We are looking for a strong Senior Fullstack Product Developer with a product and startup mindset, and an AI-first approach, who can take a ready idea, quickly turn it into a working feature, and bring it to production. Someone who is interested in influencing what exactly gets to the user, how it will work, and what results it will bring.
What you will do
- Lead features from idea to release, quickly grasp product context and propose solutions
- Work at the intersection of backend, frontend, AI, and UX
- Participate in the development of the platform's AI functions: agents, automation scenarios, knowledge base, contextual mechanisms, and scenarios for working with LLMs
- Improve product stability and speed
- Help the development team: resolve complex bugs, participate in code reviews, increase overall speed

We are building an AI-first team, actively using agents and AI tools for writing code, accelerating research, testing, reviews, bug diagnostics, documentation, and task decomposition. We are looking for someone who resonates with this approach to work and knows how to move faster with AI, while maintaining engineering quality, common sense, and control over the result.
What is important to us
- Strong senior-level fullstack experience; in frontend, a lack of extensive experience with AI agents can be compensated for.
- Stack: Backend: PHP, Laravel, Go / Frontend: Vue.js, React
- Experience in independently launching features to production
- Product mindset: the ability to see not only the code but also the value for the user
- Independence and comfort in uncertainty
- Mature engineering approach: careful releases, quality control, bug handling
- Understanding of AI systems from the inside – not just as a user of tools, but as an engineer who sees why an agent responds poorly and knows how to measure and fix it.
- Readiness to actively use AI in daily work
Will be a plus
- Experience launching AI / LLM features in production: from prompt to a stable production system
- Understanding of how AI scenarios are structured: context, memory, routing, fallback, knowledge base
- Experience in building quality control for LLM systems: golden sets, evaluation rubrics, A/B testing for models and prompts
- Experience with AI agents, RAG, automations
- Understanding of MCP and scenarios where an agent works not in isolation, but with access to tools and systems
- Startup experience or experience launching own products
