**We are looking for a Lead FullStack Engineer **

Description We are looking for a Lead FullStack Engineer with strong backend expertise to help us build reliable, scalable, and high-quality products. You will lead a small engineering team consisting of 3 engineers and 2 QA specialists. This is a hands-on role requiring deep involvement in architecture, complex technical challenges, and production development. We expect you to actively leverage AI tools to improve engineering quality and development velocity.

▪️Tech Stack: TypeScript, Node.js (NestJS), PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP, gRPC, REST APIs, Web3 (ethers.js, WalletConnect).

▪️Responsibilities ▫️Design and develop scalable backend services and APIs. ▫️Drive architecture decisions and ensure high engineering standards. ▫️Write production-ready code and actively use AI tools to accelerate development. ▫️Solve complex technical challenges and improve system reliability. ▫️Lead code reviews and maintain code quality across the team. ▫️Mentor engineers and help increase team productivity. ▫️Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and QA teams. ▫️Continuously improve development processes and engineering practices.

▪️Requirements ▫️7+ years of software engineering experience. ▫️Strong commercial experience with Node.js and TypeScript. ▫️Experience designing scalable architectures and distributed systems. ▫️Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and asynchronous patterns. ▫️Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. ▫️Experience leading engineers and driving technical decisions. ▫️Strong hands-on approach and willingness to stay close to the code. ▫️Experience using AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar in daily development. ▫️English B2/C1.
