Senior / ML Lead

Crypto Trading | Office - Serbia / remote

We develop ML models and trading strategies on crypto markets. A small team (HSE, MIPT, Skoltech, SHA D). Our own ML system is already in production — we are looking for someone to take it over and develop it further.

💰 Compensation Senior: up to $12k net + quarterly bonus. ML Lead: up to $12k net + percentage of PnL, the percentage amount is discussed individually - from 4 to 10% of PnL.

Who we are looking for:

• Senior / ML Lead or a very strong middle with trading experience
• Experience in developing profitable ML models or trading strategies
• Python + NumPy, numba, PyTorch / JAX
• Strong mathematical background
• Independently finds ideas and brings them to completion

Plus:

• Experience in crypto or algo trading
• C++ (reading and optimizing)
• Olympiads, ICPC, Kaggle, SHA D, publications
• Potential interest in team development
