Our teams improve products for B2B and B2C. They create websites using TypeScript + React + Next.js with SSR. And they implement projects in a Kubernetes environment to ensure reliability for millions of MTS Bank customers.
You will:
- administer and support the IDM system
- develop and build the architecture for integrating the IDM system with the bank's corporate systems
- develop connectors for connecting the bank's corporate systems to IDM
- formalize integration requirements for the bank's corporate information systems with the IDM system
- analyze problems and fix errors in operation
- interact with integrators and generate change requests for the development of the IDM system
- automate access management processes to information systems and resources
What is important to us:
- experience in building CI/CD pipelines for delivering IDM artifacts (connectors, rules, configurations) using GitLab CI / Jenkins / GitHub Actions
- ability to automate infrastructure as code (IaC): Terraform, Ansible (or similar) for supporting IDM development, testing, and productive environments
- experience implementing monitoring, logging, and alerting for IDM components (Prometheus + Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch, Loki)
- knowledge of secret and confidential data management tools (Hashicorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager)
- ability to configure backup, recovery, and fault tolerance for IDM solutions (DRP, clustering, directory replication)
- practice working with Git and artifact storage systems (Nexus, Artifactory) for versioning connectors and scripts
