You'll take each opportunity end-to-end:from researching platforms and writing pitches to negotiating with producers, prepping the speakers, and getting the episode recorded and published.

What You’ll Do

Podcasts, YouTube & Interviews:

• Find relevant podcasts, YouTube channels, interview shows, and other long-form formats across AI, technology, business, and lifestyle.
• Research platforms and hosts, find the right angle for every pitch, write personalized outreach yourself, and negotiate directly with producers and editors.
• Drive every agreement to recording and publication: coordination, scheduling, materials, follow-ups.
• Work with published content: find opportunities for distribution, clips, and repurposing.

Conferences & Public Speaking:

• Identify the most relevant international conferences and industry events and pitch David and Daniil as speakers, panelists, and participants in public discussions.
• Communicate with organizers and align on topics and formats; when needed, help organize Gonka's presence at key events.
• Depending on workload, the role may include other communications work around Gonka and the Libermans: social content, PR, working with journalists, partnership activities, and special projects.

Who You Are

Must-Haves:

• Proven track record in PR, media relations, podcast production, speaker preparation, or adjacent fields.
• Autonomous and proactive mindset: you are consistent and creative in finding the right people, reaching out, and pinging until you get a response.
• Solid understanding of how podcasts, YouTube, tech media, and the events market work.
• Ability to quickly get up to speed on a complex topic and prep a speaker for the conversation.
• Amazing people/project management skills: you are thorough but sociable, your calendar is always up to date, and you are great at making sure everything goes according to plan.
• Experience working in international markets and strong written and spoken English.
• Genuine interest in AI, technology, and futurology.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in AI, Web3, venture, IT infrastructure, or developer tools.
• Experience with international tech/media/community projects or major conferences.
• Your own network among podcasters, journalists, and conference organizers.
• Experience with founder-led narrative/marketing.
