Responsibilities:

— Full-cycle content production for five platforms: two Instagram accounts, two Telegram channels, Pinterest;

— Responsibility for reach and subscriber growth: monthly plan for each platform, weekly report on metrics, hypotheses, and their verification;

— Responsibility for two Telegram channels: ‘Eburet’ — development and defense of strategy in the first two months (audience, sections, frequency, performance metrics), then management; ‘URBIS’ — topic selection, research on architecture and urban planning, writing texts according to brand guidelines, gathering material from the project team;

— Content management to drive leads: scenarios with a clear next step, analysis of services and the ordering process in regular sections; metric — incoming inquiries and project requests, not just reach.

Requirements:

— Structural thinking and ability to work with a large volume of information;

— Clear formulation of thoughts in text and content;

— Understanding of content consumption logic on each platform;

— Analytical skills;

— Ability to shoot, edit, and assemble simple animations — independently or with AI assistance;

— Knowledge of English;

— Proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, CapCut, AI;

— Higher education in marketing, advertising and public relations, or journalism — not mandatory, but would be a plus;

— SMM experience of 1 year or more, preferably in a large project.
