Description
We work at the intersection of Auto.ru and T-Bank, developing key financial services in the auto ecosystem: monetization, insurance, and car loans.
Teams are responsible for the full cycle of cash flows and customer scenarios — from tariffing and settlements to issuing OSAGO/KASKO and issuing car loans online. Hundreds of thousands of users pass through our systems monthly, and the decisions directly impact revenue and customer experience.
We are currently scaling products and launching strategic initiatives: migrating financial services, integrating insurance into Auto.ru interfaces, and developing online car loans. These are high-load systems, large volumes of traffic, and an opportunity to influence the architecture and future of the auto direction within the ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Analyze requirements with the team and develop architectural solutions
- Develop and support functionality from idea to release
- Design and develop the microservice architecture of the product
- Write tests and ensure code quality
- Conduct code reviews and participate in preparing design documents
- Take technical leadership in tasks
- Interact with adjacent teams during integrations
- Participate in the evaluation, planning, and development of engineering standards
Requirements
- You have commercial development experience in Java 11+ or Kotlin
- You have experience designing and developing microservice architecture and APIs (REST, gRPC), including inter-service integrations
- You have experience working with Spring Framework
- You have experience working with Kafka and relational databases, including PostgreSQL
- You have experience writing unit and integration tests
- You understand JVM principles, multithreading, and performance optimization basics
- You understand containerization principles, build and delivery processes, and service monitoring
- You can design solutions from scratch, write and review design documents, and take responsibility for architectural decisions
- Experience with Camunda will be a plus
- Experience with NoSQL databases will be a plus
