Hello! We are an AdTech company currently looking for a Head of Legal to join our team.

✍️ What tasks await: • Legal support for the business, managing the legal department team • Monitoring legislation in AdTech and related fields • Managing the legal structure of the business • IP Management • Legal document flow • Defending the company's interests when interacting with regulators • Developing solutions related to legislative changes

🤝 What we would like to see in you: • Higher legal education • Experience as head of a legal department in an AdTech company for 3+ years (affiliate, ad network, iGaming, adult) - must have • Experience with sanctions risks, IP, GDPR, KYC • Business-oriented (understanding of the legal department's function as a tool for business development) • Proactivity • Experience working in different jurisdictions, Cyprus - mandatory
