Senior Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead

About the Project We are looking for an experienced Senior Fullstack Engineer / Tech Lead to join a project for a US healthcare client. The ideal candidate will take technical ownership of the project, lead a small engineering team, and contribute hands-on to the development of the platform. Strong Python and Django expertise is required. Angular experience is a plus, and candidates with hands-on Angular development experience are especially welcome.

Responsibilities Take technical ownership of the project and drive key technical decisions. Lead and support a small engineering team. Contribute hands-on to backend and fullstack development. Work with and maintain a large legacy codebase. Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs. Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate directly with the US-based client and other stakeholders. Participate in meetings scheduled during the second half of the day CET.

Requirements 10+ years of professional software development experience. Strong expertise in Python and Django. Solid experience with Django REST Framework (DRF). Strong knowledge of REST APIs and PostgreSQL. Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and RxJS. Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines. Proven experience working with large and complex legacy codebases. Previous experience in a technical leadership role, with the ability to take ownership and guide a team. English proficiency at C1 level or above, with confidence communicating directly with a native English-speaking client. Availability for meetings during the second half of the day CET.

Mandatory Technologies Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Docker, CI/CD.

Nice to Have Hands-on Angular development experience. Previous experience in healthcare-related projects.
