This is a mandatory requirement, an MBA will be a plus. — 8+ years in management positions, including 5+ leading a large operational block or in a COO role. — Large teams and strong middle managers whom you have developed. — Projects where you have significantly reduced costs and increased productivity. With numbers. — Lean, Kaizen, TOC, WMS, TMS, ERP are working tools for you, not just words from a resume.
