Requirements: The stack is flexible. Currently, the core is: React / TS, Python, Go. This is not about "technology religion" but about common sense and speed (therefore, the stack is chosen simply based on what's convenient for the project). Important: Understand backend and frontend architecture. Understand the software development production pipeline. Be able to quickly build an MVP without sacrificing adequate quality. Understand APIs, databases, queues, CI/CD, deployment, and the entire feature lifecycle from idea to production. Must-have: Ability to use AI tools in development. We use: Codex, Claude, Cursor, and others. If someone fundamentally writes everything manually without AI, we likely won't work well together. From the candidate, we also expect: Experience with multi-agent workflows. Understanding of AI tooling. Experience with rapid MVP launches. Ability to design a system as a whole, not just write individual functions. What pace we expect: A typical backend for an MVP should not take months to develop today. Development speed is now becoming a separate engineering skill.
