We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Influencer Marketing Assistant. The Influencer Marketing Assistant supports the day-to-day execution of influencer campaigns — from initial outreach and negotiation to managing scouts and ensuring smooth communication across all stages of collaboration. This role requires strong organizational abilities, solid communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of social media trends and creator dynamics.

What You'll do:

• Initial Outreach & Negotiation: Initiate contact with influencers, introduce collaboration opportunities, and handle early-stage negotiations around deliverables, pricing, and timelines while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Scout Management: Coordinate and supervise scouts who identify potential influencers for upcoming campaigns. Review submissions, give feedback, and ensure proposed creators meet campaign quality standards.
• Influencer Screening: Evaluate influencer profiles for content relevance, audience authenticity, engagement rates, and platform fit.
