Intro: 🔸We are looking for a strong UBT Traffic Manager to be responsible for attracting organic traffic from TikTok and Instagram to our network of sports analytical Telegram channels. 🔸Important - this is not a classic SMM position. 🔸We are looking for a Traffic / Acquisition specialist who knows how to find working combinations and scale organic traffic.

What needs to be done: 🔸Develop and scale UBT / Organic Traffic strategy in TikTok and Instagram. 🔸Attract organic traffic to the network of sports analytical Telegram channels. 🔸Test content, formats, niches, and new GEOs. 🔸Analyze platform algorithms and content effectiveness. 🔸Scale successful combinations and accounts. 🔸Work with the content team, editors, and designers. 🔸Build a system: TikTok / Instagram → Telegram → audience growth → monetization.

What we expect: 🔸Real experience in UBT / Organic Traffic. 🔸Strong practical experience with TikTok and Instagram. 🔸Confirmed cases of organic growth and traffic attraction. 🔸Experience working with multiple GEOs. 🔸Ability to convert views into actual clicks and subscriptions in Telegram. 🔸Experience in scaling accounts and content networks. 🔸Ability to work with analytics and make independent decisions based on data. 🔸Entrepreneurial approach and willingness to work hands-on.

Experience with the following will be a plus: 🔸Sports / Betting / iGaming. 🔸Telegram projects. 🔸International GEOs. 🔸Experience in mass content production and scaling account networks.
