"Krasnoe Pole" Eco-park is looking for a Rural Recreation Tester to join their team.
"Krasnoe Pole" Eco-park in the village of Krasnoe Pole develops recreation programs for families, couples, and groups. They are looking for an employee who will test existing and new routes from a guest's perspective.
During work trips, you will interact with huskies and other animals, go fishing, dine at the cafe, relax in gazebos, visit the banya (sauna), and during the warm season, spend time on the beach and swim.
After each trip, you will need to document any inconveniences found, compare the advertised program with the actual recreation experience, and suggest specific improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Spend time with huskies under the supervision of a husky park employee: interact with the dogs, pet, and feed them.
- Meet northern deer, goats, rabbits, mini-pigs, ducks, and other animals.
- Go fishing and assess the comfort of equipped spots, availability of gear, and organization of the process.
- Visit the banya and test banya programs, if there are no contraindications.
- During the warm season, relax on the beach and swim, if the weather and water conditions permit.
- Dine at the cafe, evaluating dishes, service, and waiting times.
- Relax in gazebos, use the barbecue area, and check its equipment.
- Go through the entire guest journey: from booking and arrival to the completion of the recreation.
- Test programs for an individual, a couple, a family with children, and a group of friends.
- Evaluate navigation, cleanliness, the condition of relaxation areas, service quality, and the program's adherence to its description.
- After each trip, fill out a checklist and compile a brief report with comments.
- Discuss the results with the eco-park management once a week.
- Retest routes after changes have been made to check if the identified shortcomings have been rectified.
Requirements:
- Ability to visit the eco-park 2-3 times a week, including some weekends.
- Calm attitude towards dogs and other animals.
- Willingness to follow staff instructions when interacting with animals.
- Willingness to visit the banya, swim, and participate in moderately active programs, provided there are no contraindications.
- Attentiveness and ability to notice details.
- Ability to separate personal preferences from objective shortcomings.
- Proficient written communication skills and the ability to concisely formulate conclusions.
- Ability to work with electronic questionnaires, spreadsheets, and checklists.
- Responsible approach to the agreed-upon schedule.
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, customer service quality control, or as a mystery shopper will be an advantage.
Conditions:
- Flexible schedule, agreed upon in advance.
- An average of 8-12 test trips per month.
- Duration of each trip: 5 to 8 hours.
- Reports and recommendation preparation are done remotely.
- Salary: 150,000 rubles net per month.
- Monthly bonus up to 50,000 rubles for completing the full trip plan, timely submission of reports, and retesting routes.
- Official employment and bi-monthly payments.
- Transfer from Chelyabinsk and back, or reimbursement of travel expenses.
- Meals, access to all zones, equipment rental, and participation in programs are covered by the eco-park.
- For testing family and group programs, the eco-park will arrange for additional guests and cover their visits.
- Sales, visitor service, territory cleaning, and animal care are not part of the duties.
- The list of tested programs varies depending on the season.
- Some trips will be accompanied by photo and video shooting. The use of materials will be agreed upon with the employee in advance.
