Hypernova develops Hybrid Casual mobile games that are fun to play! Together with SayGames, Hypernova has released games like Dream Dale, Decor Life, Staff!, Rage Road, and Mini Market, with a total of over 180 million installations.

We are also working on deeper and more colorful Hybrid Casual projects. Our projects are distinguished by in-depth gameplay development for the user, a vibrant visual style, attention to detail, and respect for the player's time.

We are not building a perfect game production factory, but rather striving to leverage people's strengths and develop the company with a human touch and adequate working conditions. How We Work:

• Casual and arcade games
• Brisk development pace (not farming sims, but not hyper-casual either)
• Adequate technical specifications with references and iterative work with the lead
• Active interaction within a small team (3-5 people)

Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities to grow product metrics based on data analysis;
• Fulfilling ad-hoc analytics requests from the development team;
• Assisting the team in conducting and analyzing A/B tests;
• Analyzing updates;
• Creating and maintaining dashboards with analytical reports;
• Writing technical specifications for logging;
• Verifying logging

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as an analyst in the mobile games industry;
• Strong command of SQL, Python;
• Understanding of the specifics of conducting and analyzing A/B tests;
• Proficiency in the necessary mathematical statistics and probability theory knowledge for an analyst;
• Experience in data visualization, creating dashboards;

Will be a plus:

• Tableau ninja;
• Understanding of Clickhouse SQL specifics;
• Experience analyzing games with predominantly ad monetization;
