Responsibilities
- consulting clients on all of Sber's products and services, including mortgages
- selling banking products and services
- training clients to use Sber's services and products
- performing cash transactions: receiving, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- secondary education or higher
- friendly and ready to help clients
- actively using gadgets and MS Office programs
- willingness to use artificial intelligence in daily work (training provided by the company — has its own courses).
