The Weeek team is looking for a product manager for the platform-product area 💜 We are a SaaS service for project management and team productivity enhancement. Our product is growing rapidly — since the beginning of 2023, our client base and revenue have increased 10 times. WEEEK is used by teams from VK, Zolotoye Yabloko, Skillbox, Tele2, and other companies.
We are looking for someone who knows how to work in a complex product area at the intersection of user value, platform capabilities, and engineering constraints.
This role is about developing important product features: workspace, roles and permissions, integrations, API, custom fields, search, files, analytics, and other general mechanisms that ensure Weeek's stability and extensibility.
We need a product manager who can enter an incompletely defined scope, understand it, gather input from the team and key stakeholders, identify the main priorities, and transform a fragmented backlog into a clear product focus.
What to expect from us
- Crazy ambitions and rapid growth — with us, you can truly prove yourself, grow as a specialist, and implement strong systemic cases.
- Speed in decisions and changes.
- Zero bureaucracy, freedom for independence and any ideas.
- Real influence on an important product area that affects several parts of Weeek simultaneously.
- Strong synergy with development and the opportunity to influence not only individual features but also the overall product scope.
- We pay market rates without delays, consider fully remote employees, allow vacations, and are understanding about taking days off for personal matters.
In return, we expect reciprocal loyalty, mature independence, and a readiness to work hard.
What you have
- 4-6 years of experience as a product manager.
- Experience in subscription-based business services.
- Experience working with complex cross-functional or platform product areas.
- Experience working with APIs, integrations, or other technically rich product capabilities.
- Strong systemic thinking.
- Ability to work in conditions of uncertainty and independently gather context.
- Ability to prioritize not only features but also quality, technical constraints, product gaps, and cross-team dependencies.
- Understanding of metrics, product effects, and hypothesis testing principles.
- Ability to work substantively with an engineering team.
- Ability to integrate artificial intelligence tools into your workflow.
Will be a plus
- Experience in products for teamwork, products for improving personal and team productivity, or in scenarios for large companies.
- Understanding of the technical implementation of complex product systems.
- Experience with privacy, access control, and security will be a plus.
- Ability to structure a gray area and turn it into clear rules, decisions, and priorities.
What you will need to do
- Lead the product part of Weeek's platform area.
- Understand user and cross-team scenarios that go through the workspace and general product capabilities.
- Formulate and prioritize team backlogs.
- Build clear boundaries and interfaces with neighboring product teams.
- Determine where new product development is needed, where quality work is needed, and where a contract or architectural agreement is necessary.
- Develop solutions together with the engineering team and key stakeholders.
- Support initiatives from idea and development to release and subsequent analysis.
