Vacancy: Lead Business Analyst; Company: Mr Bit (international IGaming product); Salary: Discussed based on interview results; Format: Remote (outside of Russia); Employment: Contract/B2B/Crypto. Full-time.

🖥 Key Responsibilities:

• Managing, motivating, and developing a team of analysts; conducting 1:1s, setting goals, building individual development plans; • Controlling workload, preventing burnout, and building a "shield" against chaotic incoming business requests; • Developing and implementing a unified BA standard from scratch (templates, artifacts, analysis depth, playbook, knowledge base); • Clearly defining responsibility areas between BA, system analysis, and development; • Resolving cross-team disputes and approvals; • Building transparent processes between BAs and Product Owners, Dev, QA, Compliance/RFD; • Personal involvement in analyzing complex, architectural, or strategic tasks (up to 20-30% of time).

🎯 Candidate Expectations:

1. Management Requirements and Experience:

• Experience leading a team of business analysts for 2-3 years with real people management (1:1s, performance reviews, people development); • Successful case of building or unifying BA processes in a growing product IT company; • Strong EQ, conflict management, and difficult stakeholder management skills — critical; • Ability to make the team independent (through delegation and documentation).

2. Technical Skills and Mindset:

• Strong BA expertise: BPMN, writing specifications / User Stories; • Understanding of microservice architecture and message broker operation (RabbitMQ / Kafka); • Confident SQL skills and understanding of data models; • Product mindset, systems thinking, ability to simplify complex entities; • Experience in gambling / fintech / crypto or complex high-load products.
