Data Engineer (Trainee)

What does the training program consist of?

• 1-month online intensive;
• you study theory and practice it with hands-on tasks;
• the online intensive training can be combined with work.

Candidate Requirements:

• completed higher or specialized secondary professional education;
• willingness to undergo an internship at ASTON company.

Upon successful completion of the online intensive, the trainee is automatically enrolled in an internship at ASTON Laboratory.

Internship Conditions:

• training for 3-4 months, 5 days a week from 9:00 to 18:00 with a lunch break;
• study of theory with weekly checks of the learned material;
• practice on training projects under the guidance of an experienced technical lead;
• preparation for interviews and self-presentation;
• for candidates where we have an office - mandatory office attendance;
• candidates from cities without our office can undergo training remotely;
• after starting on a commercial project, the work format is: hybrid in the ASTON office until transitioning to M2 level (3 days in office/2 days remote) / full attendance at the client's office;
• after starting on a commercial project, a willingness to travel on business to Saint Petersburg or Moscow is desirable.
