Looking for a Product Owner for my team at Banki.ru.

Some tasks are already defined, and we'll come up with others together.

I need someone who can calmly challenge their ideas with the team and quickly move from discussion to testing.

It doesn't matter to me whether a person uses AI or not. If it's faster with AI – great. If it's faster without it – also great. The important thing is to quickly test an idea, release it, and look at the results.

Close what doesn't work. Develop what works.

I'm not a big believer in processes for processes' sake. Therefore, I'm looking for someone who knows how to organize work but remembers why it started in the first place.
