👀 Looking to hire a Project Manager for my team.

🫂 About the team: We develop a high-load worldwide subscription video streaming service. The product is growing exponentially every year! Multilingual support, ML, CV, SEO, VR — you'll be working with these almost every day. The entire team consists of senior pros, we launch all features through A/B tests and immediately analyze the metrics. All processes are well-established, no pain points or issues, the team is highly productive and fun (when not feeling down).

❓ So why do we need a project manager and who are we looking for? We are growing (but not in headcount), taking on new directions, and dealing with increasingly complex technical solutions — we simply don't have enough hands on deck. We need someone who understands how in-house development works. How ideas go from someone's head onto paper and then into lines of code. We do NOT need someone who merely creates tasks in a tracker, schedules calls, and pings assignees for updates — you must understand what you're doing. You will not only work with tasks in the tracker and developers' MRs but also assist back-office teams, the payment team, the anti-fraud team, and the acquisition team in further handling what we pushed, for example, on Friday evening (we calmly deploy on Fridays — because we can).
