Responsibilities:
- Resolution of infrastructure incidents, resolution of client incidents and major incidents (at L3 support level), interaction with vendors;
- Improving infrastructure stability (developing monitoring, working with incidents, proposing architectural changes);
- Performing scheduled maintenance;
- Applying changes in production environments.
Requirements:
- Experience in administering VMware vSphere, Cloud Director, vROps, Log Insight;
- Experience in administering OS: Ubuntu/Debian; RHEL/CentOS;
- Experience in writing scripts in PowerShell/Bash/Python;
- Understanding of REST API fundamentals;
- Basic knowledge of data transmission network principles: TCP/IP; VxLAN;
- Basic knowledge of server platform architecture and data storage systems.
