An international IT company that has been developing its own high-tech B2B products for global markets since 2013: solutions in the field of digital marketing, gaming applications, and BI analytics.
We are currently looking for a Head of UI who will take charge of Frontend Development and the Design team, totaling 80+ people, including team leads.
This role is for a strong technical leader who can simultaneously develop a large engineering organization, work with architecture and processes, and maintain focus on business objectives.
About the Team and Development
We have minimal bureaucracy and almost no legacy code. We invest heavily in infrastructure and engineering processes.
We release up to 5 times a day, process several hundred tasks per month, and create high-load products for clients from dozens of countries.
Frontend Stack: JavaScript, TypeScript, Vue.js, Pinia, Webpack Module Federation.
Backend and Infrastructure: PHP, Golang, MySQL, ClickHouse, Redis, Docker, Kubernetes, Linux.
Responsibilities
- Manage the UI domain — Frontend Development and Design team of 80+ people.
- Manage team leads and develop the management layer within the team.
- Develop developers and leads: conduct assessments, provide feedback, build individual development plans, and mentor.
- Build and improve development processes.
- Enhance development quality and engineering practices.
- Monitor task timelines and quality of implementation.
- Decompose and estimate tasks received from the business.
- Participate in the architectural design of the company's products.
- Work with technical debt and technical documentation.
- Participate in Code Reviews and the formation of engineering standards.
- Establish interaction with related teams and the business.
- Develop hiring processes and participate in recruiting strong specialists for the team.

- Strong technical background in Frontend Development.
- Expert knowledge of JavaScript and a good understanding of browser specifics.
- Understanding of microfrontend architecture.
- Experience designing complex, high-load web applications.
- Experience building hiring, onboarding, technical interview, and employee development processes.
- Experience growing developers to Senior / Team Lead level.
- Ability to systematically build development processes in a large team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to make decisions and maintain effectiveness under high load.
Experience with Vue.js, Nuxt.js, or Node.js development will be a plus.
