Freelance Short Form Video Editor

We're looking for a freelance short form video editor to help the Mill Media team.

We want someone who can take raw clips from our reporters and turn them into brilliant 60-second videos on a quick turnaround. You'll work across all seven of our titles (The Mill, The Post, The Tribune, The Dispatch, The Bell, The Exchange and The Londoner), so you must be comfortable switching tone depending on the city and story you are editing.

We're less interested in slick, high-production video and much more interested in speed, story instinct, and someone who wants to learn and grow with us.

🔸 We have a few edits to do per week 🔸 Freelance basis 🔸 You'll need to be fairly available during the week — the work comes in at different times, not on one fixed day 🔸 Quick turnaround is essential, we need someone who can move at the speed of a newsroom
