Detailed Job Description:

Our client is building an AI-native orchestration layer – a product that helps users delegate work tasks and manage routines across different services. Externally, it's a mobile application. Internally, it involves long-term context, integrations, fault tolerance, distributed architecture, and many solutions that must work not only in ideal scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Develop the backend of the AI-native product at the architectural level and for key technical decisions
• Work with distributed systems, integrations, fault tolerance, and scenarios where the product must maintain logic even with incomplete data, external service failures, or non-standard user behavior

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with Java / Kotlin
• Experience with platform or infrastructure systems
• Good understanding of distributed systems
• Startup experience and readiness to take responsibility for results
• Regular use of AI tools and agents for development
• Fluent English
