📍 Format: remote or hybrid from the office (Poland, Ukraine, Armenia, Cyprus)

A role for a person who loves generating ideas and bringing them to production: creative 360° concepts, briefs and technical specifications for design and video, curation of the merch direction, working with influencers and YouTube.

What's important: ✅ 2+ years of experience — creative marketer, producer, senior SMM, marketing manager, or creative strategist; ✅ Experience with 360° campaigns: digital, social media, influencer, offline/events/merch; ✅ Awareness and understanding of modern trends — social media, YouTube, fashion, pop culture; ✅ Ability to write clear briefs and set tasks for production; ✅ Basic understanding of how creativity affects CTR and ER.

Experience in digital products, IT, SaaS, fintech, gaming, agencies, or lifestyle brands will be a plus.
