Recruitment processes have changed significantly recently, and everyone has to adapt: recruiters, candidates, hiring managers, interviewers. Old processes are no longer working, and new, proven ones simply don't exist yet, which is why we sometimes see a terrible mix of old approaches and new tools that simply don't fit together.

While nobody fully knows what to do about it yet, we at Trust & Safety WB continue to grow actively and are looking for data analysts in various areas: user safety, internal anti-fraud, and AI product safety.

A bit more about each area:

• 🔎 User Scoring is involved in building models, rules, and metrics for evaluating user behavior on the platform, identifying risky patterns, and managing trust within the ecosystem.
• 🛡 Internal Anti-Fraud detects and prevents fraud in internal processes, works with anomalies, monitoring, and patterns of dishonest behavior.
• 🤖 AI Product Safety develops analytics around our AI/LLM scenarios: quality and safety metrics, monitoring, risk identification, and control of the correct functioning of AI tools.
