Lead AI Artist (Realistic/Semi-Realistic)

We are looking for a strong Lead AI Artist with a high level of realistic/semi-realistic art, excellent artistic taste, and extensive practical experience with generative AI. An artist who knows how to create high-quality visuals using modern AI models and lead a team towards a unified quality and style.

What you will do 🎨 : — Create detailed realistic / semi-realistic art using AI — Work with characters, environments, and key art — Set the artistic level and style of projects — Curate the work of other AI artists, provide feedback, and control quality — Work with composition, anatomy, lighting, color, materials, and detailing — Develop and improve AI pipelines for artistic tasks — Participate in the development of visual concepts — Test new AI models and integrate them into the team's workflow

What is important ⭐️: — Strong portfolio of realistic / semi-realistic AI Art — Confident practical experience in generating and editing images using AI — Experience with modern AI models. We use Nano Banana, Seedream, GPT Image, and others — Very strong artistic foundation: anatomy, perspective, composition, lighting, color, and form — Ability to create expressive realistic characters and environments — Ability to precisely control generation results: composition, poses, angles, lighting, materials, and character appearance — Understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI models, ability to choose suitable tools for the task — Experience in GameDev, Concept Art, AAA, film, or VFX will be an advantage — Experience with ComfyUI, Photoshop, and AI video will be a plus 📩
