We at Mycar Digital have been digitizing LifeStyle products for several years and are now expanding our team.

Location: Almaty Hybrid

What's important:

• 1-3 years of experience as a business or system analyst in a product company
• aware of what idempotency, error handling, and request lifecycle are – and why production breaks without them
• understand how REST APIs, webhooks, and callbacks work – not in theory, but have hands-on experience
• have actually written BRDs/PRDs/technical specifications, not just participated in writing them
• able to work with data schemas and API specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger is a big plus)
• able to draw BPMN and at least some UML (Sequence, Activity, Use Case, State Diagram)
• proficient with Jira and Confluence
• SQL at the level of "I can check a hypothesis in the data myself" without waiting for an analyst
• calmly read JSON and API technical documentation without being intimidated
