🟠About the project:

We are looking for a Founding Engineering Team Lead for an international AI Cybersecurity startup 🚀

The company is creating a next-generation platform that helps organizations identify and eliminate risks associated with user identities, service accounts, and AI agents. The product uses AI to analyze threats and automate the protection of corporate infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to join the company at an early stage, directly influence the product architecture, technical decisions, and the formation of the engineering team.

🟠Responsibilities:

— lead a small team of engineers and participate in hiring new specialists; — remain hands-on and participate in the development of key platform components; — design scalable architecture and make technical decisions; — work closely with founders and the Product team; — implement engineering best practices, development processes, and a high-quality culture; — utilize AI tools to improve development efficiency; — participate in product development from idea to scaling.

🟠Tech Stack:

Go (Golang), PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP, REST API, Microservices, CI/CD, AI Developer Tools, Cloud Infrastructure.

🟠What's important:

— 8+ years of commercial development experience; — experience as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Team Lead; — strong hands-on Go development experience (or willingness to quickly transition to Go with a strong backend background); — experience designing distributed and high-load systems; — experience working in product companies or tech startups; — experience building and developing engineering teams; — understanding of modern cloud-native architectures; — English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) and above.

Will be a big plus:

— experience in Cybersecurity; — experience creating products from scratch (0→1); — experience implementing AI in development processes.
