DevOps & Support Engineer (Azure)

Company: HMATechs Position: DevOps & Support Engineer (Azure) Salary Range: from $6000-$8000 Work Format: Hybrid Country of Work: Qatar (Doha)

A Senior-level Hybrid Engineer who:

• Ensures the stability of the cloud-native platform on Azure (monitoring, incidents, RCA)
• Automates deployment and configuration through CI/CD, IaC, GitOps
• Conducts diagnostics and troubleshooting of incidents in the production environment
• Works with Azure as an Engineer + DevOps

Requirements (Mandatory)

• 5+ years of experience in technical support / DevOps / SRE / Cloud Operations
• Deep understanding of Azure as an Engineer:
  • AKS, App Services, Functions, Key Vault
  • Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions, Pipelines
  • App Insights, Log Analytics, Monitor
  • IAM, RBAC, networking in Azure
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
  • CI/CD (GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, Jenkins)
  • IaC (Terraform, Bicep, Ansible)
  • Monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Experience troubleshooting production incidents, RCA, post-mortem
• Understanding of SLA, SLO, ITSM processes
• English language — C1 (fluent technical communication)
• 100% readiness for relocation to Doha (on-site)
