Fullstack QA Engineer (Manual + Automation)

📍 Limassol, Cyprus 🏢 Full-time | On-site

We are an international fintech company, and we are currently looking for a Fullstack QA Engineer to join our team for testing web and mobile applications and developing automation.

🇨🇾 We are primarily considering candidates who are already in Cyprus.

📌 What you will do: • Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications; • Develop and maintain autotests for backend and frontend; • Integrate autotests into CI/CD and analyze test run results; • Analyze the reasons for autotest failures, find and localize defects; • Interact with developers and the team at all stages of development; • Participate in the preparation of test documentation and improvement of testing processes; • Gradually increase the share of automation in product testing.

⚠️ Important: for the first 6 months, the main focus will be on manual testing. In the future, we plan to transition to predominantly automated testing.

✅ What we value: • 3+ years of commercial experience in manual testing; • 2+ years of experience in test automation; • Confident knowledge of Python; • Practical experience with Pytest; • Experience in automating backend and frontend testing; • Experience integrating autotests into CI/CD; • Experience testing mobile applications; • Understanding of the principles of building and maintaining autotests; • Ability to analyze test run results and find the causes of problems.

⭐️ Bonus points for: • Experience with GitLab CI; • Practical experience with Appium + Python; • Experience with Allure / Allure TestOps; • Experience using AI tools in testing; • Experience building and developing an automation framework; • Experience testing high-load or fintech products.
