About AudioStack

AudioStack is the agentic audio production platform for media and advertising. We turn a brief or raw content into broadcast-ready audio, automated and embeddable at any scale. We don't compete with AI model providers, we orchestrate them: every major voice, music and sound model, working together in one production engine.

The world's largest agencies, publishers and platforms, including Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Bloomberg, Global and Acast, use AudioStack to produce anything from a single radio spot to thousands of hyperlocal ad variants in days rather than weeks.

About the role

Every ad, voiceover and audiobook we deliver depends on the infrastructure underneath it. We're looking for an Infrastructure Engineer to co-own that foundation alongside our infrastructure lead, keeping it secure, reliable and cost-effective as we grow.

You'll join a small, collaborative engineering team and work with engineers across the company. We are looking for a mid or senior engineer with real ownership, and you'll have support from our tech and infrastructure leads as you take responsibilities across infrastructure, site reliability and devops.

Location: London, hybrid (2 days a week in the office) Level: Mid to Senior Level

What you'll do

Infrastructure

• Maintain and improve our AWS infrastructure through Terraform - including our Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, RDS databases, networking and our ad-tech VAST servers.
• Keep our network and access secure with a least-privilege model and our Auth0 integration, and support our SOC2 compliance.
• Track cloud costs and help us scale efficiently.
• Write runbooks and documentation so infrastructure knowledge is shared across the team.

Site reliability (SRE)

• Look after our observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, CloudWatch, Logfire) and the alerts that tell us when something's wrong.
• Join our on-call rotation to help us meet our enterprise SLAs, and carry out maintenance with zero or planned downtime.
• Help improve how we handle and learn from incidents.

DevOps and developer experience

• Improve our CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and rollback so engineers can ship quickly and safely.
• Provide tooling that let teams spin up prototypes and automations fast.
• Be a go-to person for infrastructure and platform questions across engineering.

Requirements

What you'll bring

Essential

• Experience running production infrastructure on AWS or another major cloud provider so long as you're ready to work on AWS from day one.
• Infrastructure as code experience with tools like Terraform.
• Running containerised workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Practical knowledge of networking and security: VPCs, DNS, load balancers, TLS and least-privilege access.
• Comfort writing Python and working with Git, and curiosity about AI coding tools.

Nice to have

• A background ensuring a product meets enterprise-grade SLAs - e.g. being on-call for a production system, handling incidents end to end, or setting up observability, alerting and SLOs.
• DevOps knowledge on how to build or improve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling.
• Experience with Auth0 or OAuth, RDS operations, or SOC2 audits.

💬 Not sure you tick every box? Please apply anyway. Skills come from many places, we value transferable experience.

Benefits

What we offer

• Stock options.
• Hybrid working with flexible hours.
• The chance to shape the culture and engineering practices of a growing company.
• An international team across London, Barcelona and New York.
• Dog-friendly offices (Swanson and Bernie say hello).

Our process: a 30-minute intro call, a technical conversation with our infrastructure lead, then an in-person interview in London.

Our commitment to inclusion: to build audio that works for everyone, we need a team with different perspectives, experiences and backgrounds. We welcome applications regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or disability, and especially encourage people from groups underrepresented in tech. If you need any adjustments to apply or interview, or would like to talk about flexible working, just let us know. It won't affect your application.
