🚀 About the position

We are looking for a Country Manager / General Manager to launch and develop an iGaming project in the Mongolian market.

We are considering candidates at the level of Country Manager, General Manager, Head of Marketing / Operations with experience in iGaming, betting, affiliate, or digital.

Important: fluent Mongolian is a mandatory requirement. Candidates without Mongolian will not be considered.

🎯 Main tasks

• Develop a market entry and development strategy for Mongolia. • Analyze the local audience and competitors. • Launch and develop marketing & affiliate directions. • Find local partners, webmasters, and influencers. • Form and manage a local team. • Develop payment and operational infrastructure. • Monitor key business performance indicators and be responsible for results.

🔎 Requirements

• Fluent Mongolian - mandatory. • Excellent knowledge of the Mongolian market. • English - business communication level. • Experience in managing a team / business unit. • Understanding of local marketing, affiliate, and payments. • Ability to launch projects from scratch and make independent decisions. • Experience in iGaming / betting will be a big advantage. • Strong local network - a big plus.
