Requirements: Proven SEO experience in competitive niches in Tier-1/Tier-2 markets. Practical knowledge of current approaches: drop domains, parasite SEO, etc. Ability to build a strategy, break it down into tasks, and implement it. Work with business metrics (uEPC, FTD, etc.) – not just understand them, but manage and influence them. Will be a plus: proficiency in AI tools and experience mentoring a team.

Tasks: Develop and implement an SEO strategy for a specific GEO (Tier-1/Tier-2). Achieve first FTDs. Make the project self-sustaining. Work with content, site structure, and link building. Competitor analysis and identification of growth opportunities.
