If you are flexible, proactive, not afraid of changing scope, and want to add cases from various fields (from IT infrastructure to AI) to your portfolio - we are waiting for you! 🎯 Key tasks:

• Management of IT projects of various scales and maturity (from initiation to implementation) using PMI PMBOK 8/ PRINCE2, Scrum/Kanban methodologies.
• Management of both classic IT projects and pilot MVP initiatives.
• Team coordination: synchronization of cross-functional units (business, development, external contractors).
• PM toolkit: resource planning, budgeting, risk, change, and stakeholder management.

🎯 Our expectations from the candidate:

• IT experience: from 3 years of IT project management. It is important to have cases from at least 2 different domains in your portfolio.
• Adaptability: readiness to flexibly adapt to business priorities and quickly master new technologies.
• Language skills: fluent Russian (Kazakh will be a big plus), English - from Intermediate level and above.
• Will be an advantage: experience working with a Project Management Office (PMO), passing Gate Review, as well as PMP (PMI), PRINCE2, Agile (PSM I, PMI-ACP) certifications.
