Marketer / B2C Marketing Manager Wanted

About the company: We are developing a Crypto-to-Crypto exchange. Our service provides users with the opportunity to anonymously exchange cryptocurrency from one network to another. We are currently expanding actively: in addition to a B2B solution in development, our main priority is the global development of the B2C segment.

▪️Who we are looking for: We need an experienced marketer to help us enter new markets. Someone with concrete results and proven experience working with similar large services (FixedFloat, ChangeNow, StealthEX, Exolix, etc.).

▪️Responsibilities: ▫️Identifying growth points and testing hypotheses: Continuous generation and verification of new ideas for exponential growth of our B2C product audience. ▫️Scaling to other GEOs: Analyzing markets and selecting the most promising countries for scaling the service. ▫️Traffic management: Testing various acquisition channels, evaluating results, and scaling the most effective combinations. ▫️Overseeing SEO and contractors: Managing SEO promotion, as well as finding, assigning tasks to, and controlling external contractors.

▪️What is important to us: ▫️Relevant experience: Experience working in large crypto exchanges in a similar position is mandatory. ▫️Case studies: Concrete results from previous projects. ▫️SEO expertise: Deep understanding of SEO promotion principles in the crypto sphere.
