SMM Manager / Telegram Manager

We are a digital team developing projects in international markets. We are looking for SMM / Telegram Managers who know how to create engaging content, develop Telegram recruiter contact, and increase audience activity.

Responsibilities • Manage Telegram recruiter contact, bots, and Mini Apps: set up platforms, publish content, and maintain regular activity. • Create and maintain a content plan for a network of Telegram recruiter contact. • Write engaging posts, announcements for live streams, and posts summarizing broadcast outcomes. • Prepare and publish clips of highlights from live streams and results of giveaways. • Organize audience interaction: polls, quizzes, special offers, and promo codes. • Set up and send notifications about upcoming live streams, including 15 minutes before the broadcast starts. • Analyze content performance: views, reads, engagement (ERR), and link clicks. • Test publication formats and content release times to improve CTR and audience engagement.

What we expect • Experience managing Telegram recruiter contact or working in SMM. • Proficient written Russian language and ability to adapt communication style to the audience. • Skills in writing short, catchy texts and promotional announcements. • Understanding of content planning principles and regular platform management. • Basic understanding of CTR, ERR, views, and link clickability metrics. • Attention to detail, independence, and willingness to work according to the content plan. • Experience with Telegram bots, Mini Apps, and analytics will be an advantage.
