Our client is an international performance marketing team specializing in affiliate and partner marketing within the Crypto vertical. The primary focus is scaling through Facebook Ads, working with both proprietary products and partner offers. Main GEOs: Asia & LATAM. Format: Remote, Full-Time.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a full-cycle Media Buyer (Facebook Crypto) with strong hands-on experience. This is not an execution-only role. We need a specialist who:

• Independently generates and tests hypotheses;
• Manages campaigns and funnels end-to-end;
• Thinks in terms of profitability and scalability;
• Takes full ownership and responsibility for results.

Responsibilities

• Researching and testing new funnels and traffic setups;
• Generating and validating growth hypotheses;
• Launching and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns;
• Analyzing performance and scaling profitable campaigns;
• Managing the overall traffic acquisition strategy;
• Coordinating tasks with design, development, and account farming teams;
• Taking full ownership of performance outcomes.

Requirements

Must-have:

• Exclusive experience with Facebook Ads;
• Proven experience in the Crypto vertical;
• Recent hands-on experience (preferably within the last 6-12 months);
• Strong understanding of Facebook crypto traffic mechanics and specifics;
• Experience independently managing and scaling campaigns.

We do NOT consider experience in: Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Native Ads, Push Traffic, UAC, SEO, Snapchat Ads. The following verticals are NOT relevant: Gambling, Betting, Nutra, E-commerce, Dating, Sweepstakes, Non-crypto Finance.
