Development of software in the agro-industrial complex Vacancy Description: We are looking for a specialist ready to participate in the development and evolution of information systems of national importance in the agro-industrial complex. Main Responsibilities: — collection, analysis, coordination, and management of business requirements and business rules at all stages of the project; — analysis of current regulatory legal acts, orders, resolutions, internal documents, and existing business processes; — modeling and description of target business processes, taking into account legislative requirements, customer needs, and automation capabilities; — conducting and participating in working meetings with representatives of the customer, government bodies, regulatory organizations, and other stakeholders; — identification of business needs, determination of value, priorities, and directions for process optimization; — preparation of business requirements, technical specifications, briefs, and tasks for the development team; — support of tasks during development, participation in testing and acceptance of implemented functionality; — interaction with developers, system analysts, architects, designers, and other project team members; — analysis of the regulatory and legal component of the project; — development of integration interaction with internal and external information systems.
Candidate Requirements:
— higher education in information technology or related fields; — experience as a business analyst or system analyst of at least 1 year; — experience in developing information systems for at least 1 year; — understanding of software development processes and lifecycle; — knowledge of business analysis methods and tools; — skills in modeling and describing business processes; — knowledge of UML and BPMN notations; — understanding of Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban principles; — ability to formulate clear and structured requirements and briefs for developers; — fluent business written and spoken communication; — skills in conducting negotiations and working meetings; — analytical and critical thinking.
