Responsibilities
- consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
- sell banking products and services
- educate clients on how to use Sber's services and products
- perform cash operations: receiving, issuing, exchanging money
Requirements
- you have a secondary (high school) education or higher
- you are friendly and willing to help clients
- you actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
- you are ready to use artificial intelligence in your daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
